Woody Ruiz
Woody was adopted
with two others on November 4 2001.He was
3 weeks old. At that time we had no clue that Woody was
deaf.
We realized that after a fire alarm went off and the other
two ran away. We taught him to sign, not how humans sign but
our own creation. He would stare at us waiting for us to
give him some indication as what he was to do next.
He would follow the others when it came to play time, but
then run to back to us so he can spend time we us also. We
learned the real meaning of "Unconditional Love". We
truly are two happy people walking on this earth because of
this little one we lost too soon.
We miss you Woody
